Ruby Ribbon Marketing Vendor

Social Media Campaign Graphics

Client: Ruby Ribbon Independent Vendor

Tools: Adobe Illustrator

A Ruby Ribbon vendor reached out to me, asking for graphics for her online live shopping sales party, where she'd showcase products, run giveaways, and engage with her audience in real time. She wanted something vibrant and celebratory, like you were walking into an actual party.

I ended up designing 21 individual graphics covering everything: a welcome card, a going-live schedule, product collection showcases, giveaway announcements, flash sale slides, and a closing card. That's a lot of pieces, so the first thing I had to figure out was a visual system that could hold them all together without every slide looking the same. These were completed in March 2023.

The background came together around that idea. I layered large translucent circles across each graphic to mimic stage spotlights, creating a sense of a live event rather than a static post. Combined with the gold-and-yellow palette, it gave the whole set a festive, high-energy feel without going overboard.

The product images were an interesting challenge. My client sent me photorealistic photos of the camis, but dropping real photos into an illustrated layout would have looked off. So I redrew every single product by hand in Illustrator, converting the photos into illustrations that matched the style of everything else. It took longer, but the consistency was worth it.

My client also wanted two colorways: gold for a warm celebratory feel and red for something bolder and more intense. So every graphic got made twice.

By the end, the total deliverable was 42 assets, ready to go for the event.
